in occasione delle prossime elezioni europee (4 -7 giugno 2009), Lei, in qualità di cittadino/a comunitario/a qui residente, può, se vuole, esercitare in questo comune il diritto di voto per i membri del Parlamento europeo spettanti all’Italia, presentando apposita domanda.
Tale domanda, di cui si allega il modello da compilare, dovrà essere presentata personalmente o spedita mediante raccomandata
entro il 9 marzo 2009 al seguente indirizzo:

L’esito positivo della richiesta comporterà l’iscrizione del Suo nominativo in un’apposita lista aggiunta; conseguentemente, Le verrà consegnata una tessera elettorale personale, che Le consentirà di votare presso il seggio indicato nella tessera stessa.
Con l’iscrizione nella suddetta lista aggiunta, Lei potrà esercitare il voto esclusivamente per i membri del Parlamento europeo spettanti all’Italia e non anche per i membri del Parlamento europeo spettanti al Suo Paese di origine: vi è, infatti, il divieto del doppio voto.
Gli uffici comunali sono, in ogni caso, a Sua disposizione per eventuali, ulteriori informazioni.

Union citizen and a resident here, may, if you decide, express your vote in
this town for members of the European Parliament belonging to the Italian
allocation of seats, by submitting the enclosed application.
This application must be submitted in person or sent by registered mail
before 9th March, 2009 to the following address:

The successful applicant will be included in the additional electoral roll and
will receive a personal electoral card, which will allow the person to vote at
the polling station stated on the card.
If included in the additional electoral roll, you may express your vote for
members of the European Parliament belonging to the Italian allocation of
seats only and not for members of the European Parliament belonging to
your Member State of origin’s share of seats: in fact, it is forbidden to vote twice.

à l’occasion des prochaines élections européennes (du 4 au 7 juin 2009), en tant que ressortissant européens y résidant, vous pouvez choisir d’élire les membres du Parlement européen attribués à l’Italie en exerçant votre droit de vote dans cette municipalité.
Pour être inscrit(e) sur les listes électorales de cette mairie vous devez présenter une demande – dont vous trouverez en annexe le formulaire à remplir – qui doit être déposée personnellement ou envoyée par lettre recommandée au plus tard le 9 mars 2009 à l’adresse suivante :

Au cas où votre demande sera acceptée, vous serez inscrit(e) sur la liste électorale complémentaire et recevrez une carte d’électeur qui vous indiquera le bureau de vote où vous pourrez voter.
L’inscription sur la liste complémentaire vous permettra de n’exercer votre droit de vote que pour les membres du Parlement européen attribués à l’Italie et non pas pour ceux qui sont attribués à votre pays d’origine, le double vote étant interdit..

anlässlich der Wahlen zum Europäischen Parlament (4 -7 Juni 2009), können Sie, als hier ansässiger Unionsbürger/in, wenn Sie es wollen, in dieser Gemeinde Ihr Wahlrecht für die an Italien zugeschriebenen Vertreter des Europäischen Parlaments ausüben, indem Sie einen Antrag vorlegen.
Dieser Antrag, dessen Formular auszufüllen ist, wird hier beigelegt und muss persönlich ausgehändigt oder per Einschreiben vor dem 9. März 2009 an die folgende Adresse geschickt werden:

Der erfolgreiche Ausgang wird dazu führen, dass Ihr Name in eine dafür vorgesehene Zusatzliste eingetragen wird, infolgedessen wird Ihnen einen persönlichen Wahlschein übergeben, womit Sie die Möglichkeit haben, in dem auf dem Wahlschein angegebenen Wahllokal zu wählen.
Mit dem Eintragen in diese Zusatzliste, können Sie Ihr Wahlrecht ausschließlich für die an Italien zugeschriebenen Vertreter des Europäischen Parlaments ausüben und nicht für die an Ihr Land zugeschriebenen Vertreter: es besteht, in der Tat, das Verbot der doppelten Abstimmung.
